The program also looks ahead, with a focus on current issues shaping the future of work, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR, inclusive practices, and building healthier workplace cultures. You'll graduate ready to support organizations and teams in meaningful, effective ways.
Graduates can further their human resources education by transferring into the Business Administration Diploma Resources major, an accredited program with CPHR Alberta.
